OnBoarding

We become your own personal Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) taking care of proactive functions. You’ll meet with your vCIO each quarter for a business review. You’ll discuss important topics such as your network architecture and health, training questions, storage and processing – basically, how to improve these areas. During your reviews, you’ll get loads of strategic guidance. Plus, you’ll be getting valuable tactical direction, like how to optimally use your cloud desktops, for example. Not only will you get an awesome vCIO, but you’ll also get complete vendor management. That includes whether they’re hardware, software (licensing) , or a service provider. You’ll next immediately be connected to your assigned OnBoarding Engineer. This person will schedule a kickoff call with you to chat about your expectations and the winning plan of action. Then our team will begin the discovery process. This is where we take several snapshots of all your data and copy them over to your cloud, piece by piece. This process is time-consuming, but oh so worth it. We leave no one (or, rather, no piece of data) behind. We’ll continue the snapshot process several times until you’re ready to go live. Then it will officially be time to transfer your team to your private cloud. The migration process will be totally seamless… and your personal engineer will remain in contact with you until everything is running super smoothly!

Maintenance

Servers, desktops, networks, and other technologies can be finicky creatures. They will choose the worst moments to break down. These issues can be mitigated with regular maintenance and constant vigilance. But you don’t have the time to always be keeping an eye on all of your infrastructure. And you shouldn’t have to. With our Program, there are no more IT hassles and worries – and you’ll have more time to execute, manage, and grow your business. We make sure you also get an engineering team who monitors everything all hours of the day… and night (we’re guessing your team doesn’t enjoy waking up at 3am).
