Managed IT Solutions
Managed Services is the practice of outsourcing on a proactive basis, management responsibilities and functions and a strategic method for improving operations and cutting expenses. It appears as an alternative to the break/fix or on-demand outsourcing model where the service provider performs on-demand services and bills the customer only for the work done.
Under this subscription model, the client or customer is the entity that owns or has direct oversight of the organization or system being managed whereas the managed services provider (MSP) is the service provider delivering the managed services. The client and the MSP are typically bound by a contractual, service-level agreement that states the performance and quality metrics of their relationship.
Adopting managed services is known to be an efficient way to stay up to date on technology, have access to necessary skills and address a range of issues related to cost, quality of service and risk.
Cloud computing has allowed managed IT products and services to expand beyond the regions and borders that would constrain the average break / fix IT model. These capabilities allow managed IT RMM services to scale at a rate dramatically larger and faster than in-house IT operation or break/fix providers… And if you are tired of paying for endless IT hardware and software expenses; with our managed IT DaaS, you’ll get virtual servers and desktops, the complete Microsoft suite, security software and services galore, and more… All included, for one simple monthly per-user price… Which allow you to turn your ever-changing annual IT Capital Expense, into a fixed monthly utility bill !
More organizations are turning over certain IT functions to managed service providers, freeing internal IT staff to focus on strategic IT projects; which allows you to grow your business, instead of paying annual Capital Expenses to only maintain the status quo. Organizations are increasingly turning to managed service providers (MSPs) to handle elements of their IT needs as part of a collaborative arrangement with the internal IT department, according to research from IT industry trade association CompTIA.
It’s your organization’s own personal private cloud. The benefit of that? It’s another layer of protection – you won’t need to share a cloud with any other business. You’ll get one all to yourself. Not only will keeping your files in private cloud servers save you buckets of dollars, it also can:
- Save face (you can avoid having to explain to your clients / customers where their data went)
- Protect your you-know-what (you can avoid having to explain to the boss where the big project went).
- Your files will be backed up regularly to our data centers rather than staying put on local devices. So you won’t lose your data.
With our DaaS Program, users can access their exact desktop from any location and from any internet-capable device. This includes laptops, tablets, smartphones, and smart monitors. All you’ll need to do is plug your internet connection into the device, and log into your cloud desktop. You can access your Windows desktop from almost any device, anywhere !
All of your data will be stored in your very own private, monitored, cloud. All your files are centralized for easy access. No more wondering where to find that document. And while a streaming desktop is good for everyday documents, it’s also great for the sensitive stuff. Is your organization guilty of leaving valuable files on unsecured desktops or even — gasp — personal laptops? It’s okay. We won’t judge you… too harshly. But think about how much safer they could be in your own private cloud. Yours will be in the state-of-the-art data centers we run, complete with Fortune 500 level protection. These dedicated servers and desktops will be protected by firewalls, encryption, anti-virus, and anti-spyware. And they are backed up as frequently as every hour.

We become your own personal Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) taking care of proactive functions. You’ll meet with your vCIO each quarter for a business review. You’ll discuss important topics such as your network architecture and health, training questions, storage and processing – basically, how to improve these areas. During your reviews, you’ll get loads of strategic guidance. Plus, you’ll be getting valuable tactical direction, like how to optimally use your cloud desktops, for example. Not only will you get an awesome vCIO, but you’ll also get complete vendor management. That includes whether they’re hardware, software (licensing) , or a service provider. You’ll next immediately be connected to your assigned OnBoarding Engineer. This person will schedule a kickoff call with you to chat about your expectations and the winning plan of action. Then our team will begin the discovery process. This is where we take several snapshots of all your data and copy them over to your cloud, piece by piece. This process is time-consuming, but oh so worth it. We leave no one (or, rather, no piece of data) behind. We’ll continue the snapshot process several times until you’re ready to go live. Then it will officially be time to transfer your team to your private cloud. The migration process will be totally seamless… and your personal engineer will remain in contact with you until everything is running super smoothly!
Servers, desktops, networks, and other technologies can be finicky creatures. They will choose the worst moments to break down. These issues can be mitigated with regular maintenance and constant vigilance. But you don’t have the time to always be keeping an eye on all of your infrastructure. And you shouldn’t have to. With our Program, there are no more IT hassles and worries – and you’ll have more time to execute, manage, and grow your business. We make sure you also get an engineering team who monitors everything all hours of the day… and night (we’re guessing your team doesn’t enjoy waking up at 3am). We have really smart people to help us detect and remediate any potential problems with your systems. But if a situation does pop up — software, hardware, or otherwise — you can bet we will be there whenever you need it. No off hours, no surprise IT bills, no problem. This means that most issues are solved remotely before you or your employees even encounter them – so everyone stays unharmed. We pretty much will be your own personal IT subcontractor, blocking all sorts of threats. Now let’s talk support plans – we have one for any situation. We know that when you need help, you need it now. So we make it simple. No long holds. No waiting until normal business hours for answers. If you typically sign off promptly at 5 p.m. each day (hey, we don’t blame you there), we have a basic small business plan for you. Or if you work a ton of hours during the nights and weekends, we go all the way up to 24/7/365. And with all plans, you’ll get access to a real live help desk guru. Always.
